This PR updates the Contributing Guide to:

  • Add a subsection for Choose the right repository to provide context for repo links
  • Add link to https://github.com/google/adk-python-community repo
  • Add links to specific contributing guides in component repos
  • Convert H2 list of repo links into a Markdown table
  • Clean up section headers and wrapping of existing content
