• Fixes Add remaining time formats #16; except that timetype == 'unix' is not implemented in the API, rather the user should manually convert if so desired to keep things simple.
• Removes the non-functional evaluate_test.py in favor of a faster test_evaluat_mini.py, which takes a somewha reasonable 1min.

Failling tests appear to arise from disagreement between predictions on the Github Actions server and predictions on local machine, which are stored in these files:
