🎥 Videolink for GitHub Issues

Show bugs. Don’t just describe them.
Explain issues and pull requests with short async videos - directly inside GitHub.

🚀 What this integration does

When someone reports an issue, Videolink bot automatically suggests recording a short screen + webcam video to demonstrate the problem or explain context.

Free for open-source projects.

Once the video is recorded, a comment with a secure link appears in the issue thread so everyone can watch it instantly - no sign-in required.

Perfect for:

  • 🐞 Showing bugs and reproduction steps
  • 💡 Explaining feature requests
  • 🔍 Reviewing pull requests
  • 💬 Async team communication

🧩 How it works

1. Install integration

Go to → https://github.com/apps/govideolink

2. Create or open an issue

Videolink bot will automatically comment with a record link.

3. Record your explanation

No signup. No extension needed.

4. Done!

Your video link appears right in the issue thread.

💻 Free for Open Source

Videolink is free for open-source projects.
Give contributors a faster, clearer way to report and discuss issues - with zero setup.

⭐ Try it yourself

This demo repository is here so you can test the integration in real GitHub context.
Open an issue, let the bot comment, and record your first video walkthrough - it only takes 30 seconds.
