Have an option to allow range with min=0 to select an open from date

When using range with no min number of days, it forces a to date when making the first selection.

I would like an option to be able to force the second selection in all cases.

So with min=0 a user selects a date and it leaves the to date undefined until they make their next selection.

@rooby FYI you can achieve that with the new resetOnSelect prop, mind you this prop also start a new range with only from if the range is already fully selected.

Thank you, I had just noticed that new prop.

It would be nice to be able to control it separately to the reset on select functionality, but I think resetOnSelect might be acceptable for my current use case. I will try it out.
