This PR adds v10.3.0 as a target version and configures it as latest, this will only be latest briefly as the next version will follow fast. Adding it mainly to track changes across versions a bit more clearly.
The Folder schema seems to be removed upstream, added it back as a custom schema for now. Also made sure it can use
parentUidfor nested folders and removed thedescriptionfield as it doesn't seem part of the spec.No other notable changes afaict.
