[FEATURE REQUEST] - VueUiSparkbarConfig - Responsive option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When implementing the other chart types, the responsive option is available (like in #272).

I'd like to see the responsive option available on this (and perhaps all(?)) chart types, to keep the implementation of the charts within for example a dashboard usecase the same.

Another type of chart can probably used for this use case.
If you really need to use VueUiSparkbar in this scenario, just place it in a wrapper with a smaller width, so it fits your card dimensions.

I will add some css classes so labels can be targeted.
