Use `verifyIdentityOwnership` in `applyEvent` of the space chain to avoid adding invalid members & invitations

Currently `verifyIdentityOwnership` is only used by the server and for validating your own identity.

Instead each entry (members & invitations) must be verified before accepting any space update from them.
