This PR makes a number of final updates to the DevOps foundations release intended to add polish, consistency, and clarity for users. The changes include:
In the interest of launching now, I'll merge this right away, but tweaks, feedback, and further improvements are welcome. Please bias for action versus waiting for my approval.
