Sindre Sorhus has updated a lot of his packages to be a ESM-only package. To maintain compatibility with most our build tools, we still need to output CommonJS.

  • Adds a Webpack-based build process
  • Changes configs so a mix of CommonJS and ES modules can be imported
  • Remove meow completely for smaller build output

Resolves #57
