TODO: Google API for Library Checking needs to be implemented

TODO : Implement vulnerability scanning by comparing the present user's requirements.txt

1. Generate Requirements.txt file if it doesn't exist.
2. Generate an API Log from the Google Recommended Package Versions.
3. Compare and generate a logs.txt dump for the user to update (if possible auto-update through CLI after confirmation)
4. Utilise Snyk as a backup if the above fails.
