Fix TC-831
It has been necessary to modify the main route so that TrustedContent response is available while processing all the provider information.
This allows to filter out the vulnerabilities from RH packages reported by TC as Fixed/Not Affected because the Vulnerability Providers don't have such information and might report vulnerabilities based on version range which includes Red Hat builds.
