Search SBOMs - Created on filter needs both dates filled

When Searching for SBOMs it is possible to further filter results by Created on field.

It seems user has to fill in both inputs for filtering to take effect.
But it is not obvious from UI that they need both to have value.

E.g. filling just FROM date, i would expect to see any newer SBOMs but nothing happens, still even older items are listed.

In same way I would expect to be able to see only those older than TO date while keeping the FROM empty.

So I think that UI should either support filtering also with only just one of the fields having values,
or instead it should somehow (no idea atm how) indicate that filtering is not applied unless both are filled?
