[bug] Error after installing SensitiveTopics, error: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'guardrails.hub.tryolabs'

Describe the bug
In the version 0.5 after installing guardrails hub install hub://guardrails/sensitive_topics and starting the server I am getting this error:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'guardrails.hub.tryolabs' and the server do not start.

The error disappears if I also install: guardrails hub install hub://tryolabs/restricttotopic

This sounds like the post install step to bring in Restrict to Topic (which this validator inherits from) isn't being run. @aaravnavani can you check if this is related to the remote endpoint option skipping this step?

This issue was because of a recent change in the cli. We just merged a fix for this but it likely won't be released for at least another week or so. In the meantime, you can work around this issue by installing the dependee like you stated in the original issue description.
