This PR adds functionality to install multiple validators at once through guardrails hub cli.

Now, running

guardrails hub install hub://guardrails/toxic_language hub://guardrails/regex_match hub://guardrails/competitor_check --quiet

yields

Installing hub://guardrails/toxic_language...
✅Successfully installed guardrails/toxic_language!

Installing hub://guardrails/regex_match...
✅Successfully installed guardrails/regex_match!

Installing hub://guardrails/competitor_check...
✅Successfully installed guardrails/competitor_check!
