Ability to overwrite existing works

If the metadata spreadsheet includes an object_id value, update the object with this ID in GWSS, rather than loading as a new item. Updating means overwriting the existing metadata with values in the spreadsheet, detaching existing file attachments, and reattaching with files specified in the spreadsheet.
