Overview

We need to prepare the Project Boards for the forced migration that GitHub is doing in August, so that it is already working well for the team by then.

Action Items

  • copy this template to a comment below

We have decided we will not use the project board readme, because its another thing that teams will use and put redundant information in, which then becomes an organizational responsibility to audit and remind projects to update, etc. We are trying to standardize all projects to reduce potential technical debt.

Part of the org approved standardization is having the URL so that people can quickly get to their repository. Which you can see I have done under short description

Please hide those comments if you agree they are no longer necessary, so that we can know what is still outstanding on this issue.
