Message attributes

Hi, I was wondering why Message instances have now is_fd and bitrate_switch attributes. What is the purpose of having is_fd set, but bitrate_switch off? Does it mean that Bus with FD capability send CAN 2.0 (Classical CAN) version frame?

With CAN-XL standard release, I would suggest adjusting Message class design to merge those attributes into one - can_protocol (you have enum CanProtocol defined already, so assigning one of these values should not be a problem).

On Bus level the configuration would be more complicated as I expect CAN-XL to be backwards compatible with CAN-FD (honestly, I did not check what exact changes would be introduced).
