Apple Shortcut for Adding Odometer Entry

Here's an Apple Shortcut that I made to add an odometer record. It asks you to select one of your vehicles and enter the current odometer reading.

Tried using this to add fuel record. Getting this error. Also only giving me option to add whole numbers for fuel and cost, no decimal place showing. Adding odometer from original shared shortcut seems to work fine
