Issue in the timestamp when fetching deployment details #27
Description
The timestamp of deployment on harness and what is returned by the mcp server is different. Eg. for a pipeline, the timestamp on harness is:
Started at: 10/10/2025, 9:16:13 PM
Ended at: 10/10/2025, 9:18:09 PM
while the mcp server says:
Started: Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 11:40:59 AM
