The Snowflake password deprecation notice is outdated Please replace "HashiCorp is working to support key pair authentication in place of passwords for this database secrets engine." with something like "The Snowflake database secrets engine supports key-pairs in place of passwords for root credentials as of Vault 1.20" |

@schavis Could use your guidance on whether and where to mention the new license utilization telemetry metrics (certificate counters will be sent to Census).
