Release 0.2.2

We need to prepare minor release for d-p, the main goals are:

1. have ghc-7.10 support

So we are omitting any patches that do not lead to that goal, in order to solve that we need to solve

Note I'll push c-h branch when it will be needed.

Hi, David.

All packages in Cloud Haskell stack were released on a Hackage.
After that time a minor (ghc-7.10 compatibility version was released
for all of them). The latest version of cloud-haskell package is 0.2, and
it allow to install latest versions of individual packages.
Version of the uploaded packages are considered as stable in sense
that we are not planning to add breaking changes in that version and
plan to support 3 version of compilers
