No one, to my knowledge. I'm just helping out, since the package has been mostly abandoned. If you know of someone who may be interested, that might be helpful. Though, iirc, this package has been succeeded by tasty.

I depend on it through cassava, which I am stewarding. So I think it is good that test-framework is kept alive, even though it is not further developed.
