Comment typo

In idaapi.py, the comments for set_dock_pos mentions the "DOR_XXXX constants". 
That should be the "DP_XXXX constants".

By the way, is there a way to tell a dock to take up 50% of the bottom space 
(whatever's at the bottom)?
