Installation

Install

1. Download the latest zip from Releases.
2. In Kodi, go to Settings → System → Add-ons and turn on Unknown sources.
3. Go to Add-ons → Install from zip file → plugin.video.floppy-x.x.x.zip.

Connect to Floppy

Open the add-on's settings:

• Floppy address: for example http://localhost:8000 (the default). Don't add /api.
• API token: in Floppy, Settings → Integrations → API Token.
• Test connection checks both.

Optional settings

• Artwork → TMDb API key: adds fanart, landscape art and clear logos, fills missing episode plots, runtimes and stills, and enables collection and people search. Floppy's own TMDB_API key works. Without it you get Floppy's posters only.
• Playback → Play items with: choose how movies and episodes play. See Playback.
• Playback → Scrobble: Send watch history to Floppy: see Scrobbling and Resume.
• Lists: items per page, the Next Up order, and how many days the calendar covers.
• Advanced → Refresh widgets automatically: see Widgets#keeping-widgets-up-to-date.
