• Shorten the skill entrypoint and move legacy state codes to recovery guidance. Read supplied materials before recommending length; use stated defaults for unspecified style, page count and image delivery, and ask only about material ambiguities. Preserve content/style choices and honor existing delegation.
• Focus ordinary production and local edits on content, affected pages and actual rendering; formal scorecards, cost logs and multi-material benchmarks remain available when needed. Existing seals and benchmark records are unchanged.
• Omit showcase assets from the core release and IRENA from default installations. Publish the original self-contained sample.zip separately with its checksum; full checkouts can opt in with install.py --with-sample. Explain optional-sample retrieval instead of asking users to reinstall a healthy core skill.
• Document validation by change scope, retaining full release and compatibility checks where needed.
• Use a deterministic environment in simulated pipeline tests instead of repeatedly scanning machine fonts. Dedicated fingerprint invalidation tests and real-render controls remain in place.
