• Linux — .deb (sudo apt install ./hex-motor-gui_*.deb) or .AppImage (chmod +x then run).
• Windows — .msi or the NSIS .exe installer.
• macOS — .dmg (universal, Intel + Apple Silicon). Unsigned: right-click → Open the first time to get past Gatekeeper.
