MS Amanda - PD 3.2+

Hello.

May I ask if MS Amanda is currently able to work with PD 3.2? The installer checks for 3.1 and errors out if it doesn't locate it. Can the binary files be manually placed in the 3.2 directory and installed with Magellan?

We made a mistake in upgrading to 3.2 before verifying that all our desired nodes were compatible. We'll patiently wait for MS Amanda for 3.2 if versioning issues are being work through.

Hi @xLinkKnight you can install MS Amanda for PD 3.2 using the official Proteome Discoverer Third-Party Nodes installer which you can find on the Proteome Discoverer 3.2 download page! :)

@MarinaStrobl do we have an installer for MS Amanda for PD 3.2 that we can upload?
