The Cardiac Pacemaker

The cardiac pacemaker implemented in SystemJ.

To build and run the prorgam on desktop

• Type make run-desktop

To build and run the program on Java Optimized Processor (JOP)

• Clone JOP from https://github.com/jop-devel/jop.git
• Build joptools and compile the processor by typing make in the JOP directory.
• Set JOP_HOME variable pointing to the JOP directory
• Type make run-JOP in the pacemaker directory
