docs(wiki): document the Settle Non-Cash print preview step After submitting a settlement, the page now shows a print preview with bill header, settled-payments table, total, signature lines, Print button, and a Prepare New Settlement button. Cashbook.md and Shift-Based-Handovers.md gain short sections explaining how cash and non-cash differ once handed over, and pointing readers to the new Non-Cash-Settlement page.
