Tabs theme not working properly.

Hello, the tabs color theme only works for the first tabs container.
First I created a global theme with the tabs in green, then I created an item theme for a second tab container with the tabs in red, but the line is still green.
Here is what I did:

with dpg.theme() as global_theme:
    with dpg.theme_component(dpg.mvAll):
        dpg.add_theme_color(dpg.mvThemeCol_TabActive, (0, 80, 0), category=dpg.mvThemeCat_Core)
dpg.bind_theme(global_theme)

with dpg.theme() as tabs_theme:
    with dpg.theme_component(dpg.mvAll):
        dpg.add_theme_color(dpg.mvThemeCol_TabActive, (240, 40, 40), category=dpg.mvThemeCat_Core)
dpg.bind_item_theme('FILTER1',tabs_theme)
