  • The Library now indexes every canvas and plan by project, including ones from past conversations and known project folders, so older work shows up without hunting for it.
  • Plans from past Claude Code conversations now appear in the Library too.
  • A plan is marked approved once the agent leaves plan mode with it.
  • Canvases from a group that has ended stay viewable.
  • The Library updates on its own while you're following it, so new canvases and plans appear without reloading.
  • You can start a session again in a group after it has ended.

Install: brew install holdgrenade/tap/grenade or npm install -g @holdgrenade/cli, then grenade setup.
