Add Snoo integration

Adds an integration for a Smart Bassinet Snoo by Happiest Baby. I was unsure if I should name the integration Snoo or Happiest Baby, so I did Happiest Baby Snoo, but I am open to suggestions. Snoo is their only product and people who have snoos likely wouldn't recognize the brand name "Happiest baby" but would "snoo".
