Add user profile info to Habitica sensor and device URL

Proposed change

Adds additional info (last login, joined, login incentive count, about text) from the user's profile to the display name sensor and the profile picture (which is different from the avatar) as entity picture.
The device now links directly to the user's public profile instead of the Habitica home page.
