Following files on Windows is buggy, using both file events and polling. Sometimes you never get events for new lines.

Turns out tailing files works fine on Windows.

The problem I was getting was because Windows apparently only triggers modify events after the writes have been synced to the disk.

I resolved this by wrapping os.File in a writer that calls file.Sync() after writes.
