Marking tests as skipped

Sometimes a test may be marked as skipped, which indicates it neither failed nor succeeded. It may happen, e.g., when external dependencies are not satisfied.

Any test that returns the status code 99 will be marked as skipped. It allows the test itself to run checks to determine if it should skip or not.
