Parse github, hugging face, ... URLs

Passing https://github.com/apache/parquet-testing/blob/master/data/geospatial/geospatial.parquet does not work. It would be nice to translate automatically to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/apache/parquet-testing/master/data/geospatial/geospatial.parquet. It would be nice too to be able to navigate a GitHub repo

Same thing for HF: support https://huggingface.co/datasets/cfahlgren1/hub-stats/blob/main/daily_papers.parquet (done in hyparam/space)
