Add (back?) ability to build custom dashboards

Overview

With new new UI which only supports graphical query builder it is impossible to build charts like "time spent by component".
Previously it was possible by using custom query and/or by using hidden series + Formula.

Wouldn't it be great to give this possibility to those who need it.

Hey @ST-eugenekrivdyuk - thanks for the suggestion!

I know it's been suggested a few times to allow for custom queries and more customization in our dashboards. We have another issue (#915) that proposes a way to define custom tables and potentially expose custom queries.

This will be a bit of work to achieve, but I will ensure that our internal issue for dashboard improvements includes this ask.
