I used my fork (https://github.com/0x009922/iroha) because of long waiting for the patch in the upstream:

• fix(crypto): expose Signature::payload getter (#5302) iroha#5310

Now it's there, and it must be possible to replace my fork in the GitHub workflow and in crypto-wasm/Cargo.toml.
