Moving AnonCreds repos to a new organization #2

@swcurran

Description

@swcurran

LFDT has requested that all projects move from the Hyperledger GitHub Organization to one that is specific to the project. In the case of Hyperledger AnonCreds, the new organization is AnonCreds GitHub Organization.

I propose the following process:

  1. DONE Complete the in progress 0.2.3 release -- notably the completion of the release of the AnonCreds Wrapper JavaScript to NPM. Once that is done, we can continue to the next step.
  2. Move as is all of the repos to the new organization, along with the maintainer permissions, retaining the existing repo names.
    • Identify the repos that have GHActions and so may need to be updated after the move.
  3. Update any relevant GHActions to make sure all of the tests and publishing workflows still work.
  4. Update documentation in the repos. Check each for changes required by the move.
  5. Update any gh-pages publications still work.
    • This could (for some repos) include replacing the old repo and gh-pages with a redirect to the new location, since gh-pages redirects are not automagic like repos.
  6. Update the impacted LFDT Webpages, calendar invites, wiki pages, etc.
