Update Helm Chart w/ Connector Plugins

Although a user could technically use the existing Helm chart via the config.templateOverride value to configure the new identity and token plugins, as well as use fabric instead of ethereum, it'd be great to make these plugins and interfaces first class citizens within the chart.

Fabric support was addressed in #356. To close this out, only thing remaining for is support for the tokens plugin. More details coming soon.

After talking with the maintainers, the chart needs to include support for deploying the following connectors:

• Ethconnect
• Fabconnect
• Tokens ERC1155

Currently it assumes Ethconnect and Fabconnect are pre-provisioned. As part of this issue, those deployments need to be included by default and offer the ability to be disabled in case they are pre-provisioned. FireFly's config will then need to be autoconfigured based on whether Ethconnenct or Fabconnect is enabled or pre-provisioned.

Tokens ERC1155 depends on Ethconnect, and so as part of supporting that it should also be autoconfigured based on whether Ethconnect is deployed via the chart or pre-provisioned. The chart should offer the ability to use Fabric / Fabconnect as the blockchain plugin, but still have Ethconnect deployed / pre-provisioned and connected to Tokens ERC1155 in order to have tokens.

Once all three of these connectors are supported by the chart, we can release the 0.1.0 version of the chart and make plans for what the 1.0.0 chart will look like (i.e. HA FireFly).

Ethconnect and ERC1155 have since been implemented, and support for at least connecting to a remote Fabconnect has been added which is sufficient for this issue to be closed.

Chart support for Fabconnect itself will be tracked on the chart repo's issues.
