bug: homepage: quickly dragging Action Button can cause badness #855
Description
If I quickly drag the action button, I can get my cursor off its active area (by which I mean: the little blurred box behind the button). This means it stops moving. It also means that it doesn't register "mouse click up" to end the drag.
More desirable behavior would be if I could drag without worrying about leaving it behind and if mouse-click-up always worked, whether or not my mouse was in its active area.
