terminal: color changes and print provenance

Problem

Terminal color stuff was hacky; make it a little less so.

Processes had to label their own prints, and could lie about it (or at least be able to fool users reading terminal)

Solution

• use crossterm colors
• add the PackageID to all prints coming from Processes
• adjust existing distro apps to not label themselves
