Miscellaneous fixes and upgrades. Turned into a big diff because I'm upgrading the
alloydependencies in userspace, which means a new version of process_lib. Also bumped kinode to 0.7.1 here.No breaking changes.
Switched the default provider to a new node I'm running, to take the presh off of routers and give me better logs for debugging in future.
