homepage and appstore touch-up

Problem

• Homepage:
  • "All apps" display is sometimes wonky.
  • Some apps display without an icon and cannot be clicked, despite having an icon and a UI.
  • The appstore has strange behavior around installing and downloading and launching apps.
  • The appstore needs updating to match new design material.

Solution

• Fix those things.

Testing

• Boot a new node with simulated slow connection (devtools -> network -> throttling)

• Verify apps load in with images and can be clicked if they provide a path to their web interface

• On a phone, verify the homepage display isn't jank, incl. all apps section

• On the appstore, download an app with a ui (memedeck, command center) and install and launch it from a single page without reloading.

• Also try downloading a headless app like Filter.

• Mobile for this flow as well.
