Problem
our runtime alloy dependencies are considerably behind the newest ones and the ones in process_lib.

EDIT: fixed, no change in
SubscribeLogsRequestneededSomething weird is currently going on here with subscriptions, I suspect I should use .subscribe_logs on the new provider rather than .subscribe(), which might make it sensible to change
SubscribeLogsRequestto include a filter instead of params + kind.
