Problem
Spider fails to fetch trial api key on new nodes since it does not wait for node to have hns state bootstrapped before trying to query free-key-er.os
Solution
Wait till done bootstrapping.
Testing
Run a fresh node. Does Spider successfully fetch trial api key?
