allow multiple values for kb_options

My problem is like this but with other keys.

I want both caps acts like escape and atl+shift changes keyboard layout. But only alt_shift_toggle works for me.

    kb_options = caps:ctrl_modifier,grp:alt_shift_toggle
    follow_mouse = 1
    sensitivity = 0 # -1.0 - 1.0, 0 means no modification.

    touchpad {
        natural_scroll = true
    }
}

I've also tried per device settings and it does not work too
