Not sure, I usually play this game under another environment.
Describe the bug
When you attempt to use windowed mode in SRB2 instead of being the intended resolution you chose, it instead forces the window to be 320x200. In the software renderer this just makes the game tiny but in the OpenGL renderer this breaks visuals of the game due to the incorrect window size.
