Up to date example

I noticed that the example config is using some now removed and deprecated features. It would be nice if the example file was kept up to date.

Specifically, togglesplit was removed in v0.54.0, but is still present in the example file of the latest release.

the dispatcher was removed not the functionality, its a layoutmsg now as stated
