Kanban board so messy with unknown task

I think all the system task is fully pull on UI Kanban makes it so messy and hard to manage, how can i fix this

I think the kanban board:

1. display just the convo with agent, not every heartbeat or system check out, its incremental the volume of kanban
2. must have the delete all the tasks or specific number of task, i have to manually delete each system task not the real convo
3. cron job manage or running inside kaban, alert when job finish, because almost agents have skills and workflows to process
